As of 2020, we carry out for our client Cerveceria y Malteria Quilmes an incentive program for direct POS and distributors, cross, traditional and modern channels. The goal? Drive volume offering the best execution in all PDVs in the country.
We measure mainly hard metrics well as execution. Our last project consisted on field market research throughout the country reaching more than 4.000 POS along with digital audits for social networks and delivery platforms. Using diverse tools, such as chatbots, PowerBI, social networks, execution manuals, etc, to carry out every project, we carry on active and efficient communication with our sellers.
