Sales Force Incentive Program + Market Research

As of 2020, we carry out for our client Cerveceria y Malteria Quilmes an incentive program for direct POS and distributors, cross, traditional and modern channels. The goal? Drive volume offering the best execution in all PDVs in the country.

We measure mainly hard metrics well as execution. Our last project consisted on field market research throughout the country reaching more than 4.000 POS along with digital audits for social networks and delivery platforms. Using diverse tools, such as chatbots, PowerBI, social networks, execution manuals, etc, to carry out every project, we carry on active and efficient communication with our sellers.

Channel and final consumer activations

We carry out different nationwide supermarket channel activations, as well as final consumer promotions.
Every month, we put together an activation toolkit for each KAM to offer to its clients, strengthening their commercial relationship and generating a positive impact on the consumer. Each project is designed based on each client/chain needs, offering personalized proposals and projects for each of them

We designed educational POP material and created, through our BOT or landing web, promotional actions for consumers to participate for various prizes.

Sales Force Incentive + Point of Sale Incentive + Final Consumer Promotion

360° project

We carried out the first nacional incentive of Shell Advance: POTENCIA ADVANCE. The goal? Improve distribution throughout the country and enhance brand awareness. We planned and approached the project in these three key stages:

Stage 1: Guarantee coverage. We carry out an FDV Incentive for service stations and lubrication centers.

Stage 2: Guarantee the execution. Incentive the Point of Sale focusing on presence and ideal execution in each POS.

Stage 3: Drive awareness. Once the product was on the street with the correct execution, we launched a promotion for the final consumer to meet the brand awareness objective.

The prize for the final consumer was a raffle for six motorcycles. There were winners throughout the country.

Being part of this incentive was a great motivation for sellers and customers to continue choosing the brand. The project was very successful in both 2021 and 2022. We are still working together to continue empowering results.

Sales Force Incentive

Since 2021, we are carrying out the sales force incentive for Nestlé distributors, focusing on the traditional channel.

The objective is to measure to drive the CCC, as well as executions in each POS. Through our BOTS, results displaying website and RRSS, sellers can review their objectives and progress throughout the month, along with the focal points of execution, trivia and other news.

Sales Force Incentive

We developed an incentive program for the Pernod Ricard sales force in Uruguay with the aim of measuring sell-out and bi-monthly campaign executions at each point of sale.

We developed different digital tools to train the Sales force and guarantee the correct execution in each POS, strategically executing the POP, negotiating price policy and gaining spaces either in gondola or secondary exhibitions. We used our BOTS, and developed a web page, an instagram profile and an interactive report where sellers could review their objectives and progress for the month, along with the focused execution points and other news.

Final Consumer Promotion

During 2019 and 2020 we carried out the two key BUD promotions of the year: Futbol and Lollapalooza. Consumers participated in a BOT -WhatsApp in 2019 and web BOT in 2020-

POS Adhesion + Point and QR Execution + Customer service

We carried out the adhesion of Chinese supermarkets to Mercado Pago network, along with the execution of POP materials.

In addition, since Mercado Pago is a product that involves economic and tax transactions, we opened a WeChat account where Chinese self-service owners have support in their own language (Mandarin Chinese) for any type of query.
